The Central Library celebrated its 5th birthday during National Library Week in April. Many thanks to our corporate partners—the 49ers Foundation, National First Credit Union, Santa Clara Weekly and Applied Materials—who paid for all the programming during our week-long event.

...AND it is still accepting donations!

Kaiser Permanente's staff was at the party providing useful information to help us all stay healthy. As a reminder to take care of our hearts' health, their mascot posed for pictures.

Balloon animals were a popular attraction with the children. Each child waited patiently in line to get their “dream animal” made from balloons!
