The Santa Clara City Library Foundation and Friends supports English as a Second Language (ESL) book and conversation clubs at all branches of the Santa Clara City Library. These classes are a way for folks to improve their English speaking skills *and* a way for them to make friends. These classes truly do strengthen our community!
