When you donate your books to the Santa Clara City Library Foundation and Friends, the library looks through to see which, if any, they want to add to the collection. Then we resell the rest of them to raise money for the Santa Clara City Library.
This not only gets your gently-used books in the hands of someone who wants them. It also allows us to fund some of your favorite classes and events, like summer reading and comic con.
