When you make a will and leave a bequest to The Santa Clara City Library Foundation and Friends, you can tell us what you want the money used for. For example, you can say that you want your bequest to be used on literacy programs or on children’s books. And that’s exactly what your legacy will make happen!
This is a great way to make difference for something you care about. once you’re gone. You can ensure that Comic Con is funded going forward or that Summer Reading always has the funds it needs.
You don’t have to designate it, of course. If you want the library to fund what it sees as the community’s biggest priorities going forward, then you can simply leave the money to SCCLFF. Either way works.
