The library has announced the winners of the Gingerbread Character Contest! All of the winners have been notified, and the entries are posted on the windows of Central Park Library – so if you’re near Central Park, you can stop by the library and take a look at everyone’s creativity!

In Memoriam: Emma Kaliterna

We were saddened to learn of the death of Emma Kaliterna, aged 101, last week after a long and rich life. As many of you know, we host an annual children’s author event in her name in the spring. She means so much to so many people in Santa Clara and she will be missed.
