November 21st was International Games Day! This is a family-friendly event hosted by libraries and other groups around the world. There were events in Australia, Europe, and all across the Americas.
Santa Clara Library was happy to participate and the Foundation was proud to support this community-building event. In the words of one participant:
I’d like to thank you and other librarians for the wonderful Board Game Night with so many types of fun games and the delicious food! We had had so much fun last night. Thank you very much for hosting and organizing such a great fun event! Now my children are so into board games.
