Summer Reading (called Summer Adventure this year) is one of the most popular programs the Santa Clara City Library offers. They host a ton of events and classes all summer long designed to bring people into the library and stop the summer slide in students’ reading skills.
The Foundation and Friends provides the bulk of the funding for Summer Reading. It couldn’t happen without your support of the Foundation and Friends! It’s one of the most important programs of the year and we’re proud to support literacy skills across Santa Clara and Silicon Valley.
