Congratulations to Priya Mascarenhas, our Family Literacy Coordinator. She has been selected by the Santa Clara Unified District Board of Education to receive a 2015 Public School Week Award for her outstanding service to the school community. Priya was nominated for the award by the teachers of the Young Parents’ Center of Wilson High School for the family literacy services provided to teen moms. It is an honor richly deserved for all her family literacy outreach work over the past seven years. She is also a Project Cornerstone volunteer at Don Callejon School.
