Executive Chef Thomas McNaughton has been nominated by the James Beard Foundation as “Rising Star Chef of the Year” in 2011, 2012, and 2013 and oversees the local restaurants flour + water, salumeria, and central kitchen. In addition to this list of accomplishments, McNaughton recently published his first cookbook, “flour + water: pasta.” Please join us for a pasta-making demonstration and book signing with this celebrated guest!
