For adults:
- Water Conservation with The Santa Clara Valley Water District. Learn about conservation programs, how to conserve water at home, and water sources. There will be a Q&A session at the end. Online, Tuesday March 19, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- The Light Pirate with the Central Book Club. This month the Central Book Club is reading The Light Pirate as part of Silicon Valley Reads. Central Park Library, Monday March 25, 10:30am – 11:30am
- Learn more about recycling in Santa Clara. Learn what you can and can’t recycle and how to prepare your recycling for collection.T here will be a Q&A session at the end. Central Park Library, Wednesday March 27, 6:00pm – 6:50pm
For families and children:
- Baby Toddler Playdate. Featuring open-ended play materials perfect for babies’ development. Siblings welcome. Wednesdays, 3:30pm – 4:30pm, Mission Branch Library
- Let’s make art like Alma Thomas. Recreate some of Alma Thomas’ paintings full of color and patterns connected to the natural world. Wednesday March 20. 3:30pm – 4:15pm, Northside Library and Thursday March 21, 3:30pm – 4:15pm Mission Branch Library
- Meet Francisco Jiménez. Author talk and book signing at the debut of his new graphic novel based on The Circuit. Tuesday March 26, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, Central Park Library
