We are extremely fortunate that the Santa Clara City Library Foundation & Friends currently has sufficient funds for the construction costs and initial collection of the new library. This means we can enjoy a beautiful facility with a basic collection of books, magazines, newspapers, CDs and DVDs that will get the library off to a great start. We are seeking support to fund programming, future building amenities, special collection materials, and other services of the Santa Clara City Library Foundation & Friends at the Northside Library.
There are many ways you can help with this process:
- If you’re a business or high net worth individual, there are multiple ways we could recognize you or your business, from naming different rooms or areas of the library, plaques within the library. Someone from the north side library fundraising committee would love to discuss things further with you.
- Or, you could buy a leaf with your name on in on our fundraising tree, which will be displayed inside the library
- All donors at the $100 or above level will be invited to a pre-opening event in the library, where you’ll get a tour of the facility and mingle with other generous donors and other local dignitaries
