Library Giving Day is happening on April 4, 2023! People across the United States will come together to show their love for their local library, and Santa Clara will do the same.
Show your support for the Santa Clara City Library and donate today! The Library provides exceptional services and relies on additional funding to support those programs. You can help us raise extra funds for the Library to address the financial challenges brought on by the pandemic and the city budget deficit. Your support can help bring the Library back up to pre-pandemic hours and expand services to the community.
Your support is key!
The Foundation and Friends is launching Be a Library Advocate. We have a new webpage at LoveTheLibrary.org/Advocate to keep you up to date on how you can speak up for the Santa Clara City Library.
You can start by making a donation by April 4, 2023! Any amount helps us meet our goal, but more generous donations have a larger impact.
- If 14 people each donate $1,000, we can raise the $14,000 needed to keep the children’s book collection current
- If 20 people donate $500, we can raise the $10,000 needed to support children’s after-school classes and events across all three library branches
- If 60 people donate $100, we can raise the $6,000 needed for robotics and coding workshops.
- If 20 people donate $50, we can raise the $1,000 needed to bring back ESL conversation club.
Please visit LoveTheLibrary.org/donate on Library Giving Day, April 4, to make your donation. Any amount makes a difference.
Thank you for your thoughtful giving and everything you do to advocate for your library!
