In this Thanksgiving season, I want to thank you for your support. Your donations of money, books, and time are crucial to our success. Tax dollars enable the existence of the library, but your support allows the library to continue to enhance and expand its programs.
Your donations this past year led to the success of Summer Adventurewhich served over 3,000 children, teens, and adults. Comic Con was a huge success where 8,500 community members came to enjoy the fantasy world of graphic novels, anime, and family-friendly activities. Our volunteers hosted book sales at Central Park and Northside branches, listed books on our Amazon store, and staffed our bookstore, bringing in nearly $70,000 in revenue.
The involvement of our community ensures that the Santa Clara City Library stays an innovative and vital resource. We are so thankful for you and wish you a warm and wonderful holiday.
