Kaiser Permanente is donating $15,000 to the library’s Health and Wellness Collection. This investment in the community’s well being will be used to purchase books, DVDs, and audio books. In addition, these funds will support the library’s FREE Health and Wellness programming. These combined efforts will help people eat healthier, get active, lower their stress, and face potentially serious medical conditions. The field of medicine changes rapidly, and Kaiser Permanente’s gift ensures that the collection stays up-to-date and relevant.
Come by the library and check out the Kaiser Permanente Health and Wellness Collection on the second floor on the Central Park Library for adults and in the children’s nonfiction section for kids and families.
