Now is the time to honor your favorite librarian by nominating them for an I Love My Librarian award. Nominations for the eighth year of the award are open. The I Love My Librarian Award invites library users nationwide to recognize the accomplishments of exceptional public, school, college, community or university librarians.
Nominations will run now through September 28. Up to 10 librarians will be selected. Each will receive a $5,000 cash award, a plaque and a travel stipend to attend the awards ceremony and reception in New York City on December 3, 2015, hosted by Carnegie Corporation of New York.
