I found the librarians in the youth section extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had many conversations and questions with them regarding what to do. They always impressed me with their answers. For example, [r]ecently, my son was working on a mystery book report. I was helping him to get the book that he had in mind, which he had read in the summer. Unfortunately, all copies were gone. I didn’t know what to do. As usual, I turned to your staff for help. To my very surprise, librarian Allen told me that the book that my son chose was not the right book for mystery book report. Instead, he pointed me to a different selection. I was a little worry that my son might not be willing to read a different book in a short period of time. In fact, he finished the whole book in one breath and we returned to get the whole series the next week.
