Our friend Ray Edinger passed away last week. He will be missed by all of us here at the Foundation & Friends. Ray had a special sparkle in his eye and an passion to get things done. When his wife of 74 years, Margie, died in 2013, Ray made a generous gift to the Foundation & Friends in her honor. Libraries held a special place in Margie’s heart, offering a place for her to go while growing up during the Depression. She was a life-long reader and library patron. Ray was so pleased to see one of the community rooms named for her and even more excited to see the room being used by the community for classes, story times and events. We miss you, Ray!
