You can support everyone working to do their best by supporting immigrants and everyone who is learning English as a Second Language. Learning a second language is hard, as is not speaking the language that everyone around you is using. The Santa Clara City Library has ESL Conversation Clubs and ESL Book Club to help everyone, no matter their English skills, to get better at learning what might be a second or even third language.
