We want to thank Kaiser Permanente for being a Healthy Community Sponsor of the Healthy You, Healthy Me program at the Santa Clara City Library!
Healthy You, Healthy Me will take a holistic approach toward nutrition and healthy diet. The library will host workshops and professional demonstrations at each of our libraries. Local chefs and nonprofit partners will show patrons how to incorporate fresh, whole foods into our daily lives. Our series of events will address wellness through nutrition, food security, and sustainability.
Look for Healthy You, Healthy Me classes aimed at all age groups across all three library branches throughout 2023. And a huge thanks to Kaiser Permanente for making them happen!
