The Santa Clara City Library Foundation and Friends is composed of hundreds of volunteers who together raise money, provide programs and services, and guide the libraries and city of Santa Clara in our joint goals of encouraging literacy, opportunity, and community fellowship. Currently, we need volunteers in two areas:
- Before October 24, we need volunteers to help fold 300 newsletters. Times and dates are flexible. It could be done anytime the Central Library is open. If you are available during these times, please contact Tracy Wingrove.
- The bookstore has an open shift on Fridays from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. If you’ve thought about taking a bookstore shift, now’s the time! Chris or Joan will train you if you haven’t worked in the store before. Please let Chris or Joan if you are interested.
