Congrats to the Read Santa Clara Leaders in Training!

Sixteen adult learners successfully completed Read Santa Clara’s first Leaders in Training (LIT) program held from August 26-28 at the Mission Library. The workshops for adult learners, facilitated by ReJoyce Ross and Marilyn Dippell, included hands-on learning through group activities, and discussion on topics such as self-esteem, leadership, public speaking, goal setting and advocacy. Comic Con 2016 was a success!

This year, SCCLFF sponsored the Santa Clara City Library’s Comic Con! This was a hugely successful event, drawing over 11,000 people from all over Silicon Valley.
